He will take office on November 1, 2019. Mr. Marc Dunant, aged 56, was appointed chief of the office of facilities help families and institutions of special education (CDO) in the service of protection of the adult and the youth (SPAJ). Mr. Marc Dunant leads the special education department of the municipality of Milvignes since 2015. Holder including a Bachelor of social educator of the HES-SO and a Master’s degree in Management and strategy of educational institutions, social and socio-health, Mr. Marc Dunant can assert very broad powers in the field of childhood and youth, adult education, management of teams and projects. The SPAJ is delighted to be able to count on the experience and the personality of Mr. Marc Dunant at the head of the CDO. Mr. Dunant is binding both by its professional skills and personal by his quick-thinking, analysis and synthesis. In addition, his excellent knowledge in the field of home help families of the children have convinced the management of the SPAJ, at the end of the contest, to nominate for the position of head of the office, vacant since the end of January 2019 following the departure of Ms. Debora Belloy. Mr. Marc Dunant will take office on November 1, 2019. In the meantime, Mr Luca Fumagalli, assistant head of department of the SPAJ, will continue to assume the leadership of the CDO.
