A jointly-funded federal, provincial and municipal awarded in the framework of the infrastructure plan to Invest in the Canada support for two projects to improve local roads and a project aimed at the improvement of a bridge in north-eastern Ontario.
The government of Canada is investing more than $ 1.3 million in the three projects under the Infrastructure component of rural and northern communities (VIRN). The province and municipalities will have to shoulder the remaining costs of the projects.

Reconstruction of approximately 8 miles of road Development, highway 65 Is up to the limit of the townships of Casey and Harley. The works also include the replacement of culverts and the digging of ditches on both sides of the road.
Replacement of the culvert of the chemin Kirbyson
Township of Evanturel
Replacement of the culvert and installation of a new guardrail.
Replacement of the bridge Murphy
Township of Kerns
Bridge replacement Murphy by a superstructure of deck modular, which will include a system of safety barriers and signage up to date.
