09.08.2019 At 31 July, the number of job seekers residing in the canton of Neuchâtel decreases (-32) to 4’769 people. In contrast, the number of unemployed increased slightly ( 15) to 2’912 people. The unemployment rate cantonal remains stable this month and thus remains at 3.1%. In French-speaking Switzerland, the unemployment rate remained the same at 3.0%. At the national level, stability is also required, with a rate amounting to 2.1%.
