The Prosecutor’s office in Novocheboksarsk the Chuvash Republic conducted an audit of the enforcement of labor laws in OOO “SU-56”.It is established that in infringement of requirements of the Labour code of the Russian Federation in the organization admitted the non-payment of wages to 17 employees for the period January 2015 to January 2019.The total amount of wage arrears exceeded 2.3 million.In order to restore violated labor rights of employees of the Prosecutor’s office in respect of the legal entity and its Manager filed the case on administrative offence under section 6 of article 5.27 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation on the fact of non-payment of wages for a period that does not entail the composition of a criminal offense.To the Director of “SU-56” the Prosecutor’s office made a representation about elimination of infringements of the labour legislation, in the interests of workers in court charged statements about issue of injunctions about collecting debt on a salary.In addition, the materials Prosecutor’s check sent to the investigating authority for the decision of a question on excitation of criminal cases on signs of structure of a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the criminal code (full nonpayment over two months of wages). A criminal case was opened and is currently directed to court for consideration in essence.The situation of debt was in constant control of the Prosecutor’s office and the Prosecutor’s office with the discussion at the meetings of the interdepartmental working group on elimination of violations of labour legislation.These measures have contributed to repayment of wage arrears.Currently, this debt to the employees of the organization repaid.This and other news can be found on the information and communication service of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation “ETHER” at: efir.genproc.gov.ru
