With this measure, the localities will be able to have access to federal funds for the rescue, care and re-establishment of essential social services, in addition to the interventions for the recovery of the public areas of the disaster.The four cities of the state of Amazonas had the status of a recognised account of the flood: Alvarães, Jutaí, Manaus, and Urucurituba. Laguna has been hit by the floods, while Mafra (santa catarina state) recorded a heavy rainfall. In turn, Itatira (EC), is already suffering from the effects of the drought.With the support of the emergency through the Department’s National Protection and Civil Defense (Sedec), in the MDR, it is complementary to the activities of state and local governments. Assistance can be requested whenever you need it – even in situations that are recurrent, as in the case of a disaster caused by drought or by heavy rains.
