Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a theft in Wallingford.

At around 3.15pm on Wednesday 5 June a bicycle was stolen from Wallingford School on St George’s Road.

The bicycle is a distinctive, handmade Marin Mount Vision QM 6 in black with orange handles.

Investigating officer PC Charlotte Flaherty based at Didcot police station said: “I am keen to speak to the man in this image, as he may have information which is vital to our investigation.

“We understand the images are not that clear, but the man is wearing quite a distinctive top and we think if you know him, or this is you, you would recognise this.

“Anyone who recognises this individual, or has information about the incident, can report the details on the Thames Valley Police website quoting reference 43190169040 or call 101.”

Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
