Today, on June 21, 2019, Vitaly Novomlintsev, who was accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud).

Earlier, on September 13, 2018, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation sent a request for extradition of Novomlintsev to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Poland to bring them to criminal responsibility.

As a consequence, the attacker, wanting to get rich illegally, stole more than 3 million 300 thousand rubles. For this money, he promised to organize the delivery of trucks and semi-trailers from the Federal Republic of Germany. However, Novomlintsev did not fulfill his obligations, hiding with cash.

In this regard, with respect to Novomlintsev, a decision was made to bring him in as an accused, a search was announced and a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen.

The NCB Interpol of Poland reported that Novomlintsev was detained on August 16, 2018 on the territory of this state. On May 15, 2019, the competent authorities of the Republic of Poland decided to satisfy the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation for the extradition of Novomlintsev to Russia.

The criminal case against Novomlintsev is in the production of the Main Investigation Department of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Volgograd region.
