For people in Northern Goldfields and Upper Flinders, Herbert and Lower Burdekin, Central Coast and Whitsundays, Central Highlands and Coalfields, Central West and Capricornia Forecast Districts.

Thunderstorms continuing across parts of Queensland.
Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in QUEENSLAND.
The immediate threat of severe thunderstorms has passed, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further warnings will be issued if necessary.

109 km/hr wind gust at Cloncurry Airport at 6:38pm.
98 km/hr wind gust at Rockhampton at 5:36pm.
93 km/hr wind gust at Hughenden at 7:17pm.
83 km/hr wind gust at Moranbah at 5:19pm.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services advises that people should:
* Beware of fallen trees and powerlines.
* Never drive, walk or ride through flood waters. If it’s flooded, forget it.
