Brighten up those winter nights with one of the high points of the Perth City Centre calendar – the return of the Perth Riverside Light Nights. Following a variety of themes visit the winter wonderland at Norie Miller Park on the banks of the River Tay to enjoy spectacular lighting and entertainment to chase away those January/February blues.

Perth is the most accessible city in Scotland with fantastic road, bus and rail links. Scone Palace is just two miles North of Perth City Centre.

By Car/Park and Ride

Perth is easily accessible by road from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Stirling and Inverness. There’s a wide range of safe and secure, short stay car parks within the city centre.

By Bus

Perth can be reached by a network of fast and reliable coach services. Travelling around Perth is easy by bus, with many fast and reliable services available, from all over the City.

By Train

Perth Railway Station is a short walk from the city centre. There are regular services to and from Stirling, Dundee and Pitlochry, with a journey time of around 30 minutes.Direct trains to and from Edinburgh run at approximately two hourly intervals.
