The increased activity premiumThe activity bonus will be increased by 90 euros in 2019 for people whose remuneration is close to Smic. Age limit for apprenticeship The maximum age limit for apprenticeship is now 29 years old, compared to 25 years ago.

500 euros of assistance to pass the driving license The young apprentices will be able to receive 500 euros to finance their driving license, without conditions of resources.


Cancellation of the increase of the CSG for half of the pensioners impacted in 2018 For the pensioners whose monthly net pension is lower than 2 000 euros (for a retired person alone and without other income), the rate of levy of the CSG will go back from 8, 3% to 6.6%. The implementation of this measure will be effective from May 2019.Important to know: the beneficiaries concerned will be reimbursed retroactively and in full the amounts paid in the first part of the year.

Increase in the minimum old age The ASPA (Solidarity allowance for the elderly) is increased on January 1, 2019. Its monthly amount therefore increases from 833.20 euros to 868.20 euros, an increase of 35 euros for a single person. For a couple, the amount of ASPA is increased by 54.34 euros, and will reach 1,347.88 euros per month. As a reminder, the minimum old age will reach 900 euros per month on 1 January 2020.
