To justify compliance with their obligation to employ people with disabilities to 6% of their workforce (or 2% in Mayotte), companies that employ at least 20 employees for 3 years must each year make the mandatory declaration of employment disabled workers (DOETH) at Agefiph (Association for managing the fund for the professional integration of disabled people).
Companies must carry out their DOETH for the year 2018 before March 1st:
using the paper form cerfa n ° 11391 * 17 or
by internet for those who have already done a DOETH in 2018 for the year 2017.
The declaration must specify all the actions taken by the employer in favor of the employment of persons with disabilities. It is on this basis that the possible Agefiph contribution is calculated, if the obligation of employment is not fulfilled.
The reporting obligation concerns companies that are created or whose number reaches 20 or more employees. These companies have 3 years to comply with the obligation of employment but must nevertheless complete each year the DOETH.
