While the flu epidemic is spreading in metropolitan France, do you know the various daily actions to adopt to try to protect yourself against respiratory viruses transmitted by airways (flu, bronchiolitis, colds, rhinopharyngitis …)?

To prevent the transmission of these diseases, the Ministry of Solidarities and Health recalls the “gestures barriers”:

always wash hands with soap and water (before caring for a baby, after blowing, for example);
cover the nose and mouth in case of cough for example;
blow your nose in a disposable tissue;
avoid touching your face, especially the nose and mouth;
limit contact with other people and avoid public places (public transport, for example);
wear a mask in the presence of fragile people.

Recall :

Winter viruses, including the influenza virus, are a significant threat to frail elderly people, including those with heart, lung or immune diseases.
