Podolsk City Prosecutor’s Office of the Moscow Region conducted an inspection of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation by supervised legal entities.

It has been established that a former employee of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city district of Podolsk, Moscow Region, was hired to work in DOMINANTA-SERVICE JSC.

In violation of the Federal Law on Countering Corruption, information about the conclusion of an employment contract with the said employee was not sent to his previous place of service.

According to the results of the audit, the Podolsk city prosecutor’s office of the Moscow region initiated an administrative case against the general director of a legal entity under art. 19.29 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (illegal involvement in labor activity or in the performance of work or the provision of services of a state or municipal employee or a former state or municipal employee).

Having examined the administrative materials, the magistrate of 183 judicial district of the Podolsky district court of the Moscow region brought the guilty person to administrative responsibility and fined him.

The decision of the judge entered into force. Currently, the fine paid.
