As a result of a Facebook post last month and a number of calls to Crime Stoppers, police have been able to return five stolen rings to their rightful owners.

At about 8pm on Friday 13 July police, acting on information from the public, searched an address in Elizabeth Downs and located a number of rings, necklaces and watches which are suspected of having been stolen.

A man found in possession of the loot has now been charged with three further counts of theft by receiving.

Investigations are continuing.

Anyone who recognises any of the jewellery pictured should contact Crime Stoppers South Australia on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au
