May 24, 2018 – As part of Canada’s commitment to gender equality and women’s rights, the Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, will launch a call to action to the private sector, investors and philanthropists to join Canada, in the first-of-its-kind partnership, to mobilize unprecedented levels of resources to support the empowerment of women and girls in developing countries.

Event: Remarks and panel discussion, followed by a media availability.
