“As a result of the accomplished check, the police revealed an illegal factory producing instant coffee in the Dyatkovsky District of the Bryansk Region,” said the Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
Officers of the Russian MIA Administration for the Bryansk Region together with colleagues from the Federal Service of National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation suppressed the illegal activities of that enterprise.
The police removed from illegal trafficking 4,970 coffee jars ready for sale, 25,305 empty jars, caps, labels, as well as the automated packing line.
The authorities initiated an administrative case on the fact, within which all confiscated products were sent for expert examination. Subject to the results of the examination, a criminal case was initiated based on essential elements of a crime stipulated by Article 180 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The police are taking measures to identify the illegal factory organizers and to hold them liable.
